Questions & Answers
Who can join for a group session?
Anyone interested in experiencing the transformative power of sound healing or the other modalities I work with, is welcome to join my sessions. Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, my sessions are open to all individuals seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner harmony.
What to bring for a group session?
I recommend to wear comfortable & warm clothing and bring any items that will enhance your comfort, for example a water bottle, an eye mask, a journal, your favorite crystal etc. I also encourage you to bring an open mind and heart, as well as a willingness to surrender to the energies doing their work. Please try to arrive 10 min before the session starts so you are not in the energy of stress.
What can you expect during a 1:1 session?
My 1:1 sessions offer a personalized experience tailored to your specific needs and intentions. During these sessions, you will receive individualized attention from me and I will work closely with you to address your unique concerns and goals. Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional release, or spiritual guidance, my sessions are designed to support your holistic well-being.
What to expect during a group sound bath?
In a group sound bath, you will be immersed in a symphony of soothing sounds produced by various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more. These vibrations work to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance. Each session is guided with the intention to ensure a safe and supportive environment for your healing journey.
Please try to be as open as possible, so that your experience can unfold in its full power. Remember that in a group session, there might be surrounding noises of other people, which are part of the experience.
How to prepare before attending a session?
Before attending a session, I encourage you to take some time to quiet your mind and set positive intentions for your journey. This could involve practicing meditation, deep breathing exercises, or simply taking a few moments to reflect on what you hope to gain from the experience. Additionally, you may want to avoid consuming heavy meals or stimulants such as caffeine prior to the session to enhance relaxation and receptivity to the healing.
